To further our growth and enhance our expertise, we are looking for a Senior Research Analyst reporting to the Head of Marketing Intelligence and Senior Partner.<\/p>

More specifically, the Senior Research Analyst will be responsible for:<\/h3>

\u2015 leading quantitative marketing research projects – developing methodologies and questionnaires, managing data collection, analyzing results, and ensuring project management;
\u2015 participating in qualitative marketing research projects (individual interviews, focus groups, ethnography) – developing methodology and discussion guides, facilitating focus groups, formalizing insights, and ensuring project management;
\u2015 collaborating with team members and mentoring analysts and interns;
\u2015 presenting sections of projects during client presentations;
\u2015 contributing to the preparation of service proposals to meet clients’ business objectives;
\u2015 developing long-term business relationships with clients, leveraging your expertise and the strength of the team working on the project.<\/p>

We are seeking a future team member with:<\/h3>

\u2015 a bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field;
\u2015 a graduate degree in marketing, statistics, psychology, or any other related field (a major asset);
\u2015 over 3 years of professional experience in marketing analysis or marketing research;
\u2015 proficiency in statistical analysis techniques such as regression, behavioural segmentation, factor analysis, conjoint analysis (a major asset);
\u2015 proficiency in analytical tools, particularly SPSS or Q, and survey platforms (ideally Qualtrics or another survey platform);
\u2015 excellent writing and communication skills, both in French and English;
\u2015 curiosity, ease in working within a team, and strong interpersonal skills;
\u2015 analytical thinking, rigour, and great attention to detail.<\/p>
