Dans les secteurs du divertissement, du sport, du tourisme et de l\u2019exp\u00e9rientiel, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par une grande diversit\u00e9 d\u2019attentes et de comportements, une lecture structur\u00e9e des dynamiques d\u2019audience constitue un levier essentiel pour concevoir des offres pertinentes, orienter les communications marketing sur la base des motivateurs et de la valeur intangible per\u00e7ue, et assurer l\u2019orientation et l\u2019efficience des investissements marketing vers les canaux appropri\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Dans ce contexte, deux approches compl\u00e9mentaires m\u00e9ritent d\u2019\u00eatre distingu\u00e9es : la segmentation et les personas. Bien qu\u2019elles reposent sur des fondements similaires, leur r\u00f4le, leur finalit\u00e9 et leur moment d\u2019utilisation dans le cycle strat\u00e9gique diff\u00e8rent.<\/p><h4>Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence, et quand les mobiliser ?<\/h4><h3>Segmenter pour structurer l\u2019analyse<\/h3><p>La segmentation consiste \u00e0 regrouper des individus partageant un profil sociod\u00e9mographique commun, en analysant leur comportement d\u2019achat, leurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et d\u2019autres caract\u00e9ristiques partag\u00e9es. Elle permet de structurer une compr\u00e9hension de son march\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9valuer son potentiel, d\u2019identifier les segments prioritaires et d\u2019orienter les d\u00e9cisions de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p><p>Utilis\u00e9e en amont, cette approche offre un cadre analytique robuste sur lequel s\u2019appuyer pour b\u00e2tir des strat\u00e9gies de d\u00e9veloppement de produits et des campagnes marketing cibl\u00e9es en termes de communication et de choix de canaux.<\/p><p>Un exercice de segmentation peut s\u2019effectuer en analysant les donn\u00e9es des personnes acheteuses et en r\u00e9alisant une \u00e9tude quantitative qui analysera leur profil et leur comportement. Une \u00e9tude qualitative, dans un second temps, permet de raffiner la segmentation et d\u2019apporter plus de pr\u00e9cision sur les comportements et la consid\u00e9ration de l\u2019offre.<\/p><h3>Cr\u00e9er des personas pour affiner l\u2019activation<\/h3><p>L\u2019approche de d\u00e9finition des personas est compl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la segmentation. Elle propose une lecture plus fine en d\u00e9finissant des portraits clairs d\u2019acheteur.euse.s actuel.le.s et cibl\u00e9.e.s. Cette d\u00e9marche int\u00e8gre des caract\u00e9ristiques pr\u00e9cises, des comportements, des motivations, des freins et des attentes sp\u00e9cifiques. Elle est particuli\u00e8rement utile lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de personnaliser les messages marketing, de proposer des exp\u00e9riences sur mesure aux personnes participantes ou de diversifier une offre compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p><p>Les personas, pour \u00eatre valid\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re scientifique, reposent sur les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une \u00e9tude quantitative comportementale, pouvant \u00eatre enrichie par une approche qualitative afin d\u2019apporter un niveau de pr\u00e9cision suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p><h4>\u00c9tude de cas : Comprendre les publics de Broadway<\/h4><p>Dans le cadre d\u2019une <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/habo.studio\/fr\/sadapter-aux-dynamiques-du-marche-du-divertissement-et-aux-attentes-des-consommateurs\/\">\u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Habo<\/a><\/span>, plus de 1 000 consommateurs.trices am\u00e9ricain.e.s de com\u00e9dies musicales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s afin d\u2019analyser leurs profils et leurs comportements. L\u2019analyse de personas a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es telles que les profils sociod\u00e9mographiques, les habitudes de fr\u00e9quentation et les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences.<\/p><p>\u00c0 partir de cette analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e, six personas ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9s \u2014 notamment les Aventuriers culturels et les Traditionalistes de Broadway. Ces profils int\u00e8grent des dimensions qualitatives suppl\u00e9mentaires, comme les motivations, les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et les leviers de d\u00e9cision, offrant ainsi une lecture plus humaine et activable des audiences. Ils permettent notamment de :<br \/>\u2014 D\u00e9velopper et bonifier un produit;<br \/>\u2014 Optimiser une offre de produits compl\u00e9mentaires (offre premium, nourriture et boisson, merchandising);<br \/>\u2014 Cibler plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les campagnes marketing;<br \/>\u2014 Adapter les messages et les canaux de communication aux attentes identifi\u00e9es;<br \/>\u2014 Orienter les d\u00e9cisions d\u2019investissement en fonction des priorit\u00e9s comportementales; <br \/>\u2014 Accro\u00eetre la pertinence des offres et la performance commerciale.<\/p><p>La segmentation et les personas ne s\u2019opposent pas : elles s\u2019inscrivent dans une m\u00eame logique de compr\u00e9hension approfondie des audiences, \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux d\u2019analyse. Mobilis\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re compl\u00e9mentaire, elles permettent d\u2019aligner les d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques avec les comportements r\u00e9els du march\u00e9 et de concevoir des actions plus coh\u00e9rentes, plus cibl\u00e9es et potentiellement plus performantes.<\/p><p>Dans un contexte o\u00f9 les ressources sont limit\u00e9es, Habo recommande l\u2019approche de la segmentation valid\u00e9e par une \u00e9tude quantitative.
